ARE THE FIREWORKS ON TUESDAY?

Yes, as with all previous years. Crystal Palace Fireworks will be held on the 5th November regardless of what day of the week this falls on.

 

I CANNOT PRINT MY TICKET.

Please do not worry, our team can scan from smart phones and tablets (as long as the screen has no cracks in it) This can take slightly longer but it is possible.

IS THERE FOOD AND DRINK AVAILABLE?

Yes. There will be a large variety of differing onsite food and drink vendors.

 

IS THERE CAR PARKING THIS YEAR?

NO. It has been decided that Crystal Palace Park is well served with public transport. The logistics involved with car park organisation as well as the limited number of spaces mean that again the car park will be closed this year. It will be manned but only to allow staff parking.

 

WHERE IS THE CAR PARK?

There is no car park at this years event.

 

I HAVE PREBOOKED MY TICKETS, WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING?

Once you have booked your tickets you will be sent an email with a copy of your e-ticket. Ideally this should be printed, whilst we can scan from your mobile some phones can be problematic due to screen brightness - Don't forget to wrap up warm! 

 

WHAT IF MY PARTY WANT TO TURN UP AT DIFFERENT TIMES OR AT DIFFERENT GATES?

The tickets have been designed this year to assist with scanning. If you are turning up together then we need only scan the main barcode. If you are turning up separately please print your tickets and cut along the lines so each person has their own tickets for entry. Please be aware that there is no re-admittance

 

CAN I PURCHASE A TICKET AT A PAY BOOTH ON THE NIGHT?

No. Like last year the entire event is pre-sale only. You can however still purchase a ticket online to gain entry on the night, subject to availability. Last year we reached our capacity and as such left some people disappointed. We recommend booking early! Remember if you book early you also save money.

WHAT IF I BOOK MY TICKETS AND I DO NOT GET AN EMAIL WITH MY E-TICKET?

CAN I PRE-BOOK MY TICKETS FROM ANYWHERE ELSE?

No. To make things as easy as possible we offer just one site for pre-booked tickets.

 

WHAT IS THE LATEST TIME I CAN ARRIVE FOR THE FAMILY SHOW?

We would always recommend arriving as early as possible, with at least 30 minutes to spare. However the actual gates will close at approx. 8.15pm and no further entry will be permitted. The gates will then be EXIT only from 8.50pm onwards.

 

WILL THERE BE A FUNFAIR AT THIS YEARS SHOW?

As per the previous years there will again be NO funfair at this year fireworks, however we have a wide variety of food and drink available for purchase as well as novelty glow items.

 

DO YOU HAVE DISABLED FACILITIES?

Whilst we try our best to accommodate our disabled guests - we would recommend entering the event via the Anerley Hill Entrance as this is flat access with hard (gravel) surface , we must point out though that the majority of Crystal Palace Park is grass, which, when wet can be slippery and boggy.

DO YOU OFFER CONCESSION TICKETS?

We work closely with St. Christopher's Hospice to raise funds for them and with no funding from the government or local council we pay all expenses with the ticket revenue, as such we keep our prices as low as possible for all to enjoy and so do not offer concessions but standard set prices.

The consumption of alcohol and personal use of fireworks, including sparklers are strictly prohibited at this event. No Dogs allowed (except assistance dogs)
